Refund & Cancellation Policy

At OffPageSEOHub, customer trust matters more than a single sale. If our Service isn't right for you, we want to make things right. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• Refund is requested within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
• You have not run any backlink checks since making that purchase.
• Your account has not violated our Terms of Service.
• The payment was made through our official payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal — coming soon).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

• More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.
• You have run even one backlink check since making the purchase.
• Your account was suspended or terminated for policy violations.
• You're dissatisfied with the backlink data returned by a check — data accuracy and depth depend on our data provider and are outside our control.
• External factors like search engine ranking changes, Google algorithm updates, or your website's SEO performance.

3. Payment Gateway Fees

When you paid, our payment gateway (Razorpay/PayPal) charged us a processing fee of approximately 2-4% of your payment. These fees are not refundable to us by the gateway, so they cannot be refunded to you.

Example: If you paid ₹599 for a Growth pack and request a valid refund, you'll receive approximately ₹581 (after deducting the ~₹18 gateway fee).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Email us at contact@offpageseohub.com OR fill out our Contact Form with the topic "Payment or billing issue".
2. Include the following details:
   • Your registered email address
   • Order/transaction ID (from your payment confirmation email)
   • Pack purchased and amount paid
   • Reason for refund request
3. Wait for our review — we'll respond within 24-48 business hours.
4. Refund processing — if approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the amount to appear back in your original payment method.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts, cards, wallets, or via cash/bank transfer.

If your original payment method has been closed or expired, please contact your bank or payment provider to arrange the refund credit.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If you've run any backlink checks since a purchase, that entire purchase becomes non-refundable. This is because credit packs are structured as bundles (not per-check billing).

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged but your plan was not activated, or if you were charged twice for the same order:

• Do NOT try to purchase again immediately.
• Email us with the transaction ID.
• We'll investigate and either activate your plan or issue a full refund (no gateway fees deducted for our error).

8. Cancellations

Our credit packs are one-time purchases — not subscriptions, and there is nothing to cancel. Credits never expire, so there's no validity period to run out and nothing that auto-renews.

If you'd like to close your account entirely, email us and we'll:

• Delete your account and personal data (as per our Privacy Policy)
• Refund any unused, eligible purchases (per this policy)
• Preserve published submissions unless you specifically request their removal

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

We prefer to resolve issues directly. Before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first — most disputes can be resolved amicably within 48 hours.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved. False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

10. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may issue refunds outside these standard rules at our sole discretion, particularly if:

• There was a genuine technical failure on our end that made the Service unusable.
• You were charged due to a system bug or error.
• Extended service downtime prevented you from using purchased credits.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date shown at the top. Purchases made before any change will be governed by the policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
